Meeting Death

This is our introductory short course which gives you a gentle way into the work with death and dying. When we say "the work" we mean the inner work, your own relationship with death. Any outer work like being a doula or celebrant requires this as a foundation. So this short course is great for anyone thinking about our deeper preparation courses but is really suitable for everyone.

Course Cost: £35

Journey with Death

This course takes you deeper. It builds on the Meeting Death course and focusses in a gentle but strong way on your own relationship with mortality and prepares you for your own death. You are welcome to join our Sacred Circle community to meet other fellow pilgrims on this journey. It's a personal adventure but you do not need to go it alone.

Course Cost: £175

Ceremony & Ritual for Death & Dying

Suitable for anyone interested in ceremony; it includes a theoretical grounding in ceremony. For those wishing to serve their community this will give you everything you need not just to work in the mainstream of funeral celebrancy but also to be part of the revolution, breaking the limiting traditions and liberating ceremony to be all it can be.

Course Cost £175

End of Life Doula Preparation

How it all started here at Sacred Circle was with our groundbreaking End of Life doula preparation and community. 12 - 18 months together with some of the best facilitators online, a face to face immersive retreat and 3 workbooks: Journey with Death, Doula Companion and Pilgrim Course (see here for more info Doula Course Info Page)

Lost Rites: Community of Grief

Expected late 2022 with the release of Alexandra Derwen's second book of the same name. All you need to consider when answering the call to hold Grief Circles and Ceremonies in community.
