Ash and Seed ConFest May 2026 Pay in Full

A Sacred Circle event for death, grief and end-of-life doulas, grief tenders and anyone working with loss whether personal, collective or systemic in these times of myriad endings 22nd – 25th May 2026 (Late May Bank Holiday Weekend) Ruthlands Farm, Herefordshire A gathering for Death & Grief Doulas, End of Life Doulas and Grief workers and bring your family and friends. Ruthlands Farm is the perfect venue to gather for our inaugural Ash and Seed ConFest “Love, Loss and Community Renewal”. A ConFest is a meeting of “conference” and “festival”; so you can expect talks, seminars, workshops, arts and crafts, storytelling, poetry, laments and music. Ruthlands Farm offers some comfortable indoors accommodation for those needing a roof and a flushing toilet, there will be shared belltents on offer for those who don’t have their own camping gear and then camping space for your own tents and camper vans are also welcome. Under a large roof, this former equine arena has now become a covered festival space with kitchen, dining space and a large Bedouin style tent; compost toilets, showers and a sauna too! Organised by Sacred Circle Training Co CIC the tickets are available to the Death Doula community and friends & families and also all other death doulas, end of life doulas, grief workers and anyone interested in death and grief work in general. The “Vibe” will be very much our trademark down-to-earth, root, blood and bone… bringing together authentic ritual, ceremony, land consciousness and the Ancestors in the space. Death is sacred, our spaces are inclusive of all yet spiritual in nature, we sit in the space between worlds so it will keep us at the very alive edge of our comfort zones.
